AiRA Terms of Use

1. วัตถุประสงค์ของ AiRA

AiRA เป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับการสะท้อนตัวเองและการเรียนรู้เชิงโหราศาสตร์ตะวันตกแบบสมัยใหม่ ไม่ใช่บริการทำนายดวงที่รับประกันผล และไม่ได้มีวัตถุประสงค์ทางการแพทย์ กฎหมาย การเงิน หรือสุขภาพจิต

2. ข้อจำกัดด้านคำแนะนำ

ผลลัพธ์จาก AiRA ไม่ควรถูกใช้แทน:

• คำแนะนำทางการแพทย์หรือจิตวิทยา
• คำแนะนำทางการเงินหรือการลงทุน
• คำแนะนำทางกฎหมาย
• การตัดสินใจสำคัญที่มีผลกระทบสูงโดยไม่ขอความเห็นจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ

3. ผลลัพธ์ไม่ใช่การรับประกัน

AiRA ไม่รับประกันความถูกต้อง ความครบถ้วน หรือความเป็นจริงของผลลัพธ์ที่แสดง โหราศาสตร์เป็นศาสตร์ที่ใช้เพื่อการสะท้อนตัวเองและมุมมอง ไม่ใช่การพยากรณ์ที่ยืนยันได้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์

4. การสนับสนุน (โดเนท)

การโดเนทเป็นเพียงการสนับสนุนค่าใช้จ่ายของโปรเจกต์ เช่น server, API, database และการพัฒนาระบบต่อไป ไม่ใช่การซื้อบริการ ไม่ได้ทำให้ผลลัพธ์แม่นขึ้น และไม่มีการรับประกันผลลัพธ์ใด ๆ

5. ข้อกำหนดอายุ

ฟีเจอร์บางส่วนของ AiRA เช่น ระบบแชต การวิเคราะห์การตัดสินใจ และการตีความเชิงลึก เปิดให้ใช้สำหรับผู้ที่มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไปเท่านั้น

6. การเปลี่ยนแปลงบริการ

AiRA เป็นโปรเจกต์ที่กำลังพัฒนาอยู่ บริการอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ปรับปรุง หรือหยุดให้บริการชั่วคราวโดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า เราพยายามแจ้งให้ทราบเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ

7. การใช้งานที่เหมาะสม

ผู้ใช้ไม่ควรใช้ AiRA เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมาย ไม่ควรพยายามเจาะระบบ และไม่ควรใช้ข้อมูลจาก AiRA เพื่อสร้างความเสียหายให้ผู้อื่น

2. Limits of Advice

Results from AiRA should not be used as a substitute for:

• Medical or psychological advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Legal advice
• High-impact decisions without consulting an appropriate professional

3. Results Are Not Guarantees

AiRA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or factual certainty of the displayed results. Astrology is used for self-reflection and perspective, not as a scientifically confirmed prediction.

4. Support and Donations

Donations are only a way to support project costs such as servers, APIs, databases, and continued development. A donation is not a purchase of a service, does not make results more accurate, and does not include any guarantee of results.

5. Age Requirement

Some AiRA features, such as chat, decision analysis, and deeper interpretation features, are available only to users who are 18 years old or older.

6. Service Changes

AiRA is a project in active development. Services may change, improve, or pause temporarily without prior notice. We try to communicate important changes when they occur.

7. Appropriate Use

Users should not use AiRA for illegal purposes, should not attempt to attack or compromise the system, and should not use information from AiRA to harm others.
